So you have made the first step in finding your perfect family or au pair and registered on our brilliant website. But what next?

When you log in using your email address and password you will see your personalised home page with options on the left hand side.

We recommend that if you have not uploaded a photo you do so immediately, it makes your profile seem much more real if other members know what you look like! You should also make sure that all the information in your profile is accurate and up to date. You can edit your profile information and photos by clicking on the links in your user area.

If you click on ‘recommendations’ you will be able to see a list of matches we have automatically generated for you. You can see more information about the person when you click their details.

You can also find members that may interest you by using the searches. You can do simple searches, upgraded members can do advanced searches. Just click the ‘upgrade’ link.

If you think you would like to contact a member you are interested in you must click the ‘upgrade’  link on the persons profile. You will then be asked to securely pay a small amount by credit or debit card so that you can talk to the other person via your user area on our website.  Unlike some au pair websites we never make your email address or other contact details public so you can always be sure of your privacy.

You then have 30 days full access to the website and can contact as many members as you like to let them know you are interested in them. After you have exchanged emails with other members and if you think you would like to talk to any other members on the telephone or using your own email address you can exchange contact details via your user area. If you do not want to contact another user further then you do not need to do anything.

Just before your 30 days membership has expired we will email you to let you know and remind you to upgrade again if you wish to keep using the service.
